With the measuring spoon, you can add exactly as much drink mix to your water as you need. The measuring spoon contains 25g of drink mix.
Each spoonful provides you with approximately 24g of carbohydrates, 100mg of sodium, 50mg of potassium, 12mg of calcium, and 5mg of magnesium.
