With its 2:1 glucose-fructose ratio, our High Carb Drink Mix allows you to consume 80g+ of carbohydrates per hour without tasting too sweet.
Using the measuring spoon, you can add exactly as much drink mix to your water as you need. The measuring spoon contains 25g of drink mix.
Each spoonful provides you with around 24g of carbohydrates, 100mg of sodium, 50mg of potassium and 5mg of magnesium.
The stated maximum intake should not be exceeded.
